At DMZ Paintball & Airsoft, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the field; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unopened packaging with all tags attached; please note that used markers, safety equipment, and pyrotechnics are final sale.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in a sturdy shipping box, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
