Do you ship paintball markers and airsoft guns across Canada?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Please note that all airsoft guns and paintball markers are shipped with signature required and may be subject to local age restrictions. We ensure all airsoft products comply with Canadian import regulations.
What is your return policy on tactical gear?
We offer a 14-day return policy on unused, unopened gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used protective masks, internal upgrade parts, or pyrotechnics.
Do my purchases come with a warranty?
Most high-end markers and airsoft guns come with a manufacturer's warranty. DMZ Paintball & Airsoft also provides a 30-day limited shop warranty against manufacturing defects on select models to ensure your gear is field-ready.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation for verification.
How do I know if an airsoft gun is 'Canada Legal'?
All airsoft guns sold by DMZ are verified to meet the velocity requirements (FPS) set by the CBSA. We only stock products that are fully compliant with Canadian federal laws.
Do you offer technical repairs or upgrades?
Yes, our expert technicians offer cleaning, maintenance, and performance upgrades for both paintball and airsoft equipment. You can drop off your gear at our retail location or contact us for mail-in service details.
